The B1 industrial building was retained and let to PHS plc on a long-term lease and planning was obtained for 6,000 sq ft of additional employment space (B1/8) which is currently being constructed.
Both the original 7,000 sq ft building and the new 6,000 sq ft buildings will be retained in Church Barn’s portfolio.
