Former Steyning Grammar School site comprising a collection of important heritage buildings, including the Grade I Listed Brotherhood Hall, situated within the conservation area in the heart of the village.
Church Barn Group acquired the landmark site in a joint venture with HPL, recognising the opportunity to sensitively restore and repurpose a significant part of Steyning’s architectural heritage, whilst delivering a carefully considered residential scheme.
The site is currently progressing through the design and planning stages in collaboration with ECE Planning, Manorwood Heritage and Morgan Carn Architects. The proposals will focus on the long-term stewardship of the listed buildings alongside the creation of high-quality new homes that respect the historic setting.
